The Iowa Tribe of Kansas & Nebraska formally invites you to participate in our Tribal Justice System Community Survey. Your responses will assist our advisory board in expanding our vision of restructuring the Tribal Justice System in a manner that incorporates traditional values of the Iowa Tribe of Kansas and Nebraska and is responsive and respectful to the needs of the community while inspiring safety, confidence and integrity.
Your participation is important to the mission that will allow the Tribe “To enhance and strengthen the Iowa Tribe of Kansas and Nebraska Tribal Justice System through sustainable long-term programmatic goals and activities.” Your responses are anonymous.

In 1854, the Kansas-Nebraska Act created our territories, drawing a line across the Iowa Reservation, which made us the Iowa Tribe of Kansas and Nebraska.
